Why should we Meditate?

Meditation can help reduce stress, anxiety, eliminate negative thoughts and promote positive thinking. Don’t know how to meditate? Carolyn will teach you how to breathe and start your meditation practice.


What is Yin Yoga? 

No experience needed. Yin Yoga slows down the body and mind and enables one to turn inward, focus on the breath, and find stillness for the meditation practice. We will find each individuals level for holding a pose, being supported by props of blankets and bolsters, holding the pose long enough to find space in the connective tissue that holds our muscles and ligaments. This holding will allow one to release tension and compression in the joints; opening the spine and the entire torso.
